Miguel Espinoza Flamenco Fusion brings an approach to the flamenco genre that is fresh and thoroughly engaging. The second release Veneta is a 6-track set of originals is brimming with energy and innovation. The band is comprised of  Miguel Espinoza on guitar, Dianne Betkowski on cello, Lynn Baker on sax, Randy Hoepker on bass, Andy Skellenger on Indian tabla, and cajon, with Mario Moreno on timbales, congas, and bongo. On each of the tunes, the cohesive unit delivers kinetic wonderfully synchronous performances. An outstanding effort by all involved.
