Brazilian guitarist Sergio Pereira leads a fine team performing ten fresh selections. Helio Alves (p), Mark Egan (b), Vitor Gonçalves (accordion), David Mann (sax) and Ralph Moore (sax) are just a sampling of many fine musicians on Finesse. Filo Machado adds vocals on the title track. This is a relaxing set that in includes Sergio scatting in concert with his guitar melodies notably on “Desfilando A Vitoria” and “Let It Out”. This is a fine taste of Brazil!”
