Ermelinda Cuellar What A Difference A Day Made

O’s Notes: Vocalist Ermelinda Cuellar was born in Texas to Peruvian parents and has established herself in the Houston area. What A Difference A Day Made is her first widely released album showcasing her powerful, deep voice with rich tones. Ermelinda’s voice is warm and inviting whether she’s singing or scatting, in English or in Spanish. Trombonist Andre Hayward adds a sweet, complimentary solo on “Man With A Horn” opening a wonderful session. Other highlights are “Alone Together”, “Sabor A Mi”, “Midnight Sun” and “Who’s Crying Now”.

Since 1988 Kari-On Productions has helped artists get an even footing in the industry through jazz promotion in the genres of Jazz, World & Latin Jazz through Jazz Radio and Publicity. Why do we do both, because they compliment each other, and we care about fiscal longevity for the artist.
